Shipping

• We ship across India. Orders usually arrive in 3–5 days.
• Delivery is free on orders above ₹999. Below that, it's ₹60.
• Everything is made in small batches, so we pack and ship fresh. You'll get a tracking link by email once your order ships.

Cancellations

Need to cancel? Message us as soon as possible. If we haven't started making or packing your order yet, we'll cancel it and refund you in full.

Returns & damaged parcels

Because this is food, we can't accept returns once an order has been delivered. But if anything reaches you damaged, leaking or not right, message us with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right with a replacement or a refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few working days to show it.
